Creating a QR Code for Generating Reviews (All Concepts)

A QR code can simplify the process for customers, directing them to review pages with just a scan. This guide explains how to create QR codes for generating reviews on Google My Business and TripAdvisor, as well as how to get them printed with our preferred partner.
Steps:
Generating Review Links
- Google My Business:
- Navigate to Google on your desktop and type in the name of your business.
- Make sure you are logged in with your Google account linked to your business.
- Click the arrow at the top to expand all options and select "Ask for reviews."
- Save the link that appears; this is the link users will click on to leave a review directly from their mobile devices.
- TripAdvisor:
- Go to tripadvisor.com/userreview.
- Type in the name of your business and select it.
- Copy the URL from your browser’s address bar and save it; this is the link you'll use to direct people to your TripAdvisor page.
Creating the QR Code
- Generate a Flowcode QR Code:
- For a TourScale special landing page, navigate to FranConnect.
- Go to Support and create a new ticket.
- Send it to the department "QR Code Printing" and request the generation of a QR Code landing page, providing the two links you saved earlier.
- Within 7 days, a QR Code landing page will be sent to you.
Printing the QR Code
- Preferred Printer Partner:
- Contact our preferred printer partner for QR code stickers that are weather-resistant.
- Provide them with the QR code file and specify how many and what kind of assets you have.
- The QR codes will be shipped to you.
